Refunds

Due to all of my products being custom, I do not accept returns and cannot refund orders. Please reach out to delaneynelsonbiz@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering, as I may be able to accommodate a refund if I have not yet started creating your order.


Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you reach out to me within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item and provide pictures of the damage, I will work with you to send you a replacement.
